EscaFlow watches live escalator camera feeds and flags risks in real time – crowd density, unsafe movement, falls – using YOLO and OpenCV models in Python. Alerts flow into analyst and dispatcher dashboards (Laravel API, Next.js front-end) where a human confirms and acts on them. I built the full system; it won 1st place at the Baku Metro Hackathon 2026 with team KhatAI and is now deployed in Baku Metro. It runs inside the metro network, so there is no public demo.
